Licorice Mint

Anyone have a good recipe that uses licorice mint that's not ice cream or some sort of tea/drink? I have a beautiful plant on the back porch that is growing very well and would like to utilize the leaves.

Besides the cliches of jelly, a chiffonade in a salad or in peas I couldn't think of anything. I did a Google search excluding ice cream, cocktails and tea and thought there were some interesting ideas. Don't know if they translate directly to licorice mint. Instead of listing ideas I thought had potential I'll just give you the search I used.
