Hey guys,

I've been busy for the past months and i wasn't able to get online here.

I've been working on the restaurant business here in Brazil for the past 6 years and I would like to take a specialization course abroad.

Which school do you recommend for that? The BCC (Basque Culinary Center) took my attention, but I'd like some more suggestions from you, especially from @chris and @grant_lee_crilly....

@Chris,

I like these 2 courses from BCC (Perfecting Culinary Techniques and Avant-garde culinary techniques). I'd like to get deep into food science as well. It would be better if the classes were in english.

Another thing that is really important for me on this time spent abroad is to get a job/internship (it doesn't matter if i'd be paid or not) on a starred restaurant. This is a experience that I wouldn't like to miss, so I'm looking for a school that can make this happen as well.
