I was thinking I'd really like to experiment with a meat pie with bacon. Up till now I've mainly done chicken/beef pies with chicken/beef stock based sauce thickened for my meat pies...
I could make somethign like classic british "pork pie" or "bacon egg pie" But wondering if anybody had some ideas on a type of sauce/ingredient combo might go well for a more "saucy" pie.
