interesting, my concern for such things is the reliability of electronics in such n environment

That is a great point. Seems like pretty smart people are behind this product. Anyways...sous vide circulators wouldnt normally seem to be reliable but mine is at least.

I think circulators are not a problem they are mechanical, the electronics (like bluetooth, etc.) are not in the water. This device has a camera in the oven, for example...cool idea, I would just be wary until demonstrated as reliable
