Hi Folks,
In describing sous vide to a friend the other day she mentioned the Thermomix
http://britishfood.about.com/od/kitchengadgets/fr/thermomix.htm that has captured the imagination of European cooks and chefs. Apparently it isn't yet available in the U.S. It's as pricey as a sous vide unit but if it delivers on promises replaces any number of equipment, including food processor, blender, juicers etc. etc.
Is this the real deal?
