Highly highly recommend Hedley and Bennett. Not sure of your budget, but they are the gold standard in restaurants right now. I just bought myself one (home cook) and can't wait to use it. I happen to be local to them in LA and so I got to see their design studio / showroom etc. Really nice people. They'll do stuff fully custom if you want.
