Darto Group buy

Not really sure if there's much interest so I'm just going to put this out there as a feeler. In the pan sauce clip, Grant uses a Darto pan which is made in Argentina. It seemed like there was some interest from people here to purchase it. The main problem is that international shipping costs are higher than the price of the pans. I was wondering if people here would be interested in a group buy to try save on shipping costs. I'm not even 100% sure this is cost effective but I wanted to gauge interest.

If you order 3 pans or more shipping drops below price of pans. E.g. 3 pans is $50 shipping. Fwiw.

Todd, I didn't see a US distributor in my quick searches. If you know of one, could you post it?

Anyway, I just got a response from them and there's no bulk order discount (which I assumed, but didn't hurt to ask). Shipping on 10 pans is $160 according to them which brings it down to $16/pan vs $50/pan for one. Then there's shipping cost to you guys, but I feel like in most cases it's still more reasonable to ship it again than for each of you to order it. I live in Seattle if that's any help.

Also, is everybody interested in the same size pan? I was planning on grabbing the 27cm pan which is ~10.63 inches.

So far we have 9 so we're close. I'll start looking at estimating shipping prices to you guys...I feel like these pans would be too big for most flat rate boxes. I'll talk to USPS about an idea I have that might save some money. I'll post when I get an idea of how much this is going to cost.

In the meantime, anyone who didn't post their location, if you could so that I can get the estimate, that would be great. And again, everyone is okay with the N*27 (27cm pan)?

Bobby, you're not too late. I've been waiting to hit the mark of ten pans and it looks like we might have done so. Please let me know if you're interested and if so what size pans and how many of each.

Rob, does that mean you know Tom personally or you two have come to an agreement to ship your items together? Also, the more the better so please go ahead and ask more people if they're interested. I have no idea if it's cheaper to ship it from Argentina to FL, but from talking to them it seems like no. But if you have the most people to distribute to in your area then maybe it's better for you to do the order to simplify things.

It looks like we might have 10 now but more details are needed. It doesn't look like ChefSteps has PM functionality so please provide the following information:
