Hello, I am a new ChefSteps member and I live in San Francisco, CA. I am an engineer who has been interested in Modernist Cuisine for the longest time. I haven't really met many people that have shared the same interest and I have been looking for an opportunity to meet people who would be interested in cooking together.
I have a lot of the tools such as liquid nitrogen, a circulator, centrifuge, Whipping Siphon, CO2 Tank. Many of my current self experiments have revolved around creating fresh fruit juice sodas and various cocktails using the centrifuge as a clarification technique.
I have been hosting cocktail parties centered around making modernist cocktails, dip n dots, and just liquid nitrogen party tricks.
