I'm new to ChefSteps and am not sure if this has been asked:

What was that product used to spray the eggwash in the brioche video? It has its own pump! That would help us all save on aerosol cooking spray, wouldn't it? Where can we buy one?

Robert gave you some good ones. I have several "Mistos" and they work great AS LONG AS whatever you are spraying HAS NO SOLIDS. (i.e. pepper, parsley flecks, etc.) I am talking double cheese cloth straining. These put out an incredibly fine mist which works for me
