Flavor innovation assignment

Hi all! I have a product design and development project with Flavor as its topic. The idea is to either:

1. make boring healthy food into something new and surprising

2. increase the nutrients of tasty junk food

any idea on this??

Tofu- its healthy and so versatile. I'd make a tofu strawberry ice cream or perhaps Agedashi Tofu. Does the boring healthy food have to remain "healthy"?
