Would recommend:

- 1 L a the .5L is restrictive.

- Consider the "gourmet" or similar that tolerates heat (warm foams can be quite nice)

- Buy both CO2 and NO chargers with first order so you can carbonate and foam.

Optional - buy a dewar and liquid nitrogen for really cold foams. :-)

What Todd says and keep it CLEAN. Disassemble every time you use it, takes about 15 seconds.
