I was wondering what magazines chefs are reading these days. What ones are geared towards the culinary proffesional and not the home cook as much? I know lucky peach but very few if any others.

i buy So Good.... For pastry.
In France we have a bunch of great cooking mag.; thuries gastronomie and Yam Magazine by Yannick Aleno are my fav. . If you fancy learn french.
