I'd be interested in a decent sweet potato fry recipe, along with a treatment for curly (regular potato) fries.
A CS take on the French Dip sandwich would also be interesting. From the bread to the beef to the au jus, there's a lot of ground to cover there. I can't ever get my jus to taste like it does at restaurants or Italian beef joints (no matter how much salt and MSG I use!)..
