Hey guys! I recently made cold brew coffee. I used 250ml cold water, 12g of dark roasted coffee beans(woody dark chocolate profile) and brewed for almost 24 hours. Afterwards I strained it twice with a strainer and cheesecloth and tasted it afterwards. It tasted great(the usual - mildly sweet and a hint of dark chocolate). I bottled it and stored in the refrigerator overnight. The following day, I tasted it again and it was bitter. What could've happened? Usually cold brew can be stored for a week in the ref, but I don't understand why it came out bitter when it should be mildly sweet. Any insights would be great! Thanks!
