Hey guys,
I'm thinking about picking up an induction burner and narrowed my search down to this one. I know you guys use this model at ChefSteps, so I was wondering if I could get some opinions from either CS staff or forum members that own this burner. Is it worth the price? Can you set it to 500F without it overheating and shutting off? Is the burner size big and versatile?
