Curious...what is the relationship between....

What is the relationship between ChefSteps and http://modernistcuisine.com/. Realizing that there are all sorts of connections personnel wise...and that the latter is spawned from the book, etc., I am just curious about the two enterprises and how this space was developed, as there does appear to be some overlap.

@Frank — ChefSteps.com is a separate entity that I co-founded with Grant and Ryan after we finished our work on Modernist Cuisine. You can read more about that here:

Nathan and many of our colleagues from Modernist Cuisine continue to work on other projects, including Modernist Cuisine at Home. Other than our personal connections and earlier involvement in Modernist Cuisine, we are entirely separate businesses.
