Which Circulator is Best?

I've had a Polyscience ciculator for a couple of years and i am very happy with it. The restaurant i am helping to open requires me to get another circulator. I have been planning on purchasing a Anova Pro but recently found out that VacMaster has dropped their price to 300. I read a few reviews on Amazon and they are mixed. Anyone have good experience with both machines? Pros Cons?

If price is the deciding factor...? There are tons available le at lab auctions. Barring that I've only had the anova home version and polyscience. With the mixed reviews of the vacmaster I would heavily lean toward a PS. FWIW

I have a allpax sv-1 which seems to be identical to the vacmaster and it works fine. only issue i have is that it makes a grinding noise for about a minute when turned on, i propably got some gunk in the pump. Apart from that no issues. that said, it is not build for professional use. For a Restaurant it's propably worth investing in a polyscience, imo
