Digital Thermometer

Hey guys! I'm looking for good all-purpose probe thermometer. May I have your opinions on which brands to look for? I'll be using the probes for cooking meat and deep frying. Or should I buy a separate meat thermometer and liquid one? Thanks!

My main digital thermometer is a Thermoworks dual channel thermocouple reader (TW8060) that I guess they don't make anymore.

I'm interested in getting one of their Chef Alarm dealybobs.
