Just order a european scale. Americans and british should learn to think in Gramm, kg, Liter and cm. Go pro. We took English as our second language and it s accepted. It s time that you guys accept the metric system and mathematics plus mesurements. Done. Nothing against u. I am just so sick of recalculating recepies from the west side. 😂 And your problem is mine too, just the other way ( "one cup of flour" Sounds to exact for me. 😂 If we would bake a sacher cake like that in Austria we would fail over and over again)

You do realize that most scales, even those made. In the UK and the USA, have the option to use the metric system? It has to do with the capacity and sensitivity of a scale, not the country of origin. I've used plenty of shoddy scales, made on both sides of the Atlantic.

What type of aws scale are you using? Does it have the hundredth of a gram capacity? The scales I use don't have more than tenths of agram capacity, but then, I've never really worried about measurements quite that precise. I did a brief search, and scales with the kind of precision you're looking for seem to be a bit pricey. As long as you're not weighing too much

seems to be a decent scale. Good luck.

I do realize that having two systems in the western hemisphere are stupid. Sensitivity is definitely a problem too. You are right. Best regards
