New toy for Christmas...

On last week Cooking Issues Booker&Dax announced their next product. They will be producing a centrifuge! There still no specs but it should be launched on Kickstartert on Black Friday.

I was hoping for a user friendly rotovap since I already have a working centrifuge. But it should be a great step to democratize centrifuge use in coktails and cooking.

Unofficially it seems to be running about 5000rpm.

No link. The only source is the information in the Cooking Issues podcasts of October 20th and 27th. We should probably have more information in the next couple of weeks.

On this week Cooking Issues they gave a bit more details:

The Kickstarter won't come out on Black Friday but still before Christmas
It will have a 500ml capacity
It will have a continuous lower quality batch mode for larger quantity (Many gallons)
No balancing
Less than 1000$
Counter top and cabinet friendly

They should give the details in January. There is also a new SearzAll equipment that should be available soon.

I know it's not much but it's all I get in Cooking Issues.
