What kind of cooker is this?

I was watching Heston Blumenthal's "In Search of Perfection" about Risotto and saw this chef using what seems like a cooking blender or spinning cooker. Regardless, none of my GoogleFu showed me what they were using. I was hoping someone on the forum might know what it is called; here is a clip of the machine in use.

Bonus Question: They also talk about using an ingredient that I think they are pronouncing as "Holics", does anyone know what this is?

See Alston's answer re-thermomix. Nice unit, does allot, and many things can be done without it. I have one and really like it and use it for risottos, custards, fluid gels, etc etc etc. They just entered the US. If interested, I can provide a direct contact (no financial interest). Horlicks as I understand it is like a malted product (like a malted milk chocolate bar -I'm aging myself).
