I wanted to share a great product I found. I use these to strain large batches of stock. They would work for any liquid, but would not work well for thicker pastes or small quantities. They fit directly on top of 5 gallon buckets and you can stack varying mesh sizes to start with a larger size hole, as large as 600 micron all the way down to 25 micron. I just used a 200 and a 75 to strain a 16 quart pressure cookers worth of stock. I think I will but a few more sizes for future use. Maybe a 600, 400, 200, 75 and 25 micron all stacked together. Total cost would only be about $50.
