mise containers

having had dinner recently at noma, I really liked their mise containers which I have seen off and on here in the states, but have been unable to find the brand name for.

Does anyone know the brand or type of these containers and where / if they are available easily in the US?

If you are looking for the plastic containers, they are probably just a PP deli container. Check Webstaurant or Amazon and you can find something similar, though maybe not exact. Links are to a couple options I found, but there are more if you look around. By the case, they go for about 10 cents apiece with lids. I should add that I don't have specific experience with the products in either of those links, but they may be what you are looking for. I've thought about ordering some in the past, but never pulled the trigger.

Below is a link closer to what you are asking for. That said, I have purchased some that brian posted and they work particilarly well even for reheating in the water bath. By that I mean if you create a sauce in advance, you can store it in those containers and for me the saces are generally only a couple hundred grams when finished, so I can keep them warm in the bath as they tend to float and I take them out and serve and it's quite convenient. Not to mention while they are warming dinner is basically almost done so I can wash some of he pots and other things while they warm in the bath.

Yes, the condi containers are them, thanks! I actually found US plastics makes a similar model. http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/item.aspx?itemid=24374&catid=574 Brian, I use the normal deli containers quite extensively but what I liked about these is they are a bit heavier quality and I was specifically looking for rectangular ones for dry good storage.

Are these screw lids or snap lids?

I've tried Easylock plastic food storage containers with locking lids. Locking lids are more safe for food storing.
