I’ve spent the past couple months trying to resurrect this old centrifuge to no avail. This worked well for the first few runs, but then started displaying a LID error. I’ve spent hours on the phone with the guys at Ozark Biomedical and it seems that the issue likely stems from the motor. They told me that the motor either needs to be replaced or overhauled.
I don’t have the interest in troubleshooting this project further so I plan on cutting my losses.
