I was just wondering is there anyway to make the pine sphere into a fluid gel to make a pine fluid gel? If there's anyway please let me know! Thanks!

I guess you could try the parsley juice, water, sugar and pine oil mixture, hydrate it with 1% agar and 0.25% xantham.

Woukd rend to agree with Afinso though I tend to go a bit higher with agar.

If I did make this fluid gel, would u recommend pairing it with rack of lamb?

Probably too sweet for savory dishes, but that being said I haven't even done the spheres.. Test run the gel with different sugar levels and see how it turns out.
