Thinking about doing stage in restaurants in Melbourne

any tips about obtaining the position and while i am doing it?

Hi Alex,

For me personally, When ever I want to stage, it will be for a reason. There are some really great resturants in Melbourne from Attica, Vue De Monde to Brae. But you need to ask yourself why you want to stage there, and then go from there. Anyone will happily take you if you have the passion and drive.
