Professional Wood Burning kitchen

Hi guys

I am in the process of opening a bistro restaurant, and one of my ideas is to build a kitchen that works only with wood, could you recommend professional brands or tools that work in that way? ( grill, stove, oven, indoors smoker, etc )

I live in Berlin Germany, I was looking the laws and is ok to do it, only with the rights foresight

But if you need to do this in U.S. which would do your way? I saw a few bbq places in texas and they are cooking with wood

This might sound like an odd suggestion, but try reaching out to Faviken. AsI understand it they use wood a great deal and prefer direct heat. I think it would be worth reaching out to them.
