I work at a non profit conference center that is owned by a University in the Twin Cities of MN. My question is if we wanted to purchase something from your store is there a way to avoid paying tax as we do not have to wherever we purchase items from. Thanks for any help. If this is confusing or have any questions just ask.

@Johan
- It is not. Our conference center is actually located outside of the Twin Cities.

- We only collect Sales tax in states where we have physical operations. Right now that is only in Washington state.
Our understanding is that for an out of Washington state purchase, the purchaser has the responsibility to submit taxes to their local state government. In this case, since you are working and purchasing for a tax exempt organization, you should not have to submit any taxes.
Summary: Yes, you can order from us and we will not charge you any taxes.
