Made one last year with Dark Chocolate Mascarpone Mousse, Brownie Base, Passionfruit Gelee, Passionfruit Tuiles, Lime Curd & Chocolate Glaze! They're really fun to make but can be a bit challenging to nail it. I'm not sure I have the recipes laying around but I'll search for ya! Meanwhile you can check Antonio Bachour, a Miami pastry chef, and Maria Selyanina, from Barcelona. They both have a few recipes online and their Instagrams are very inspirational when it comes to Patisserie.

Kirsten Tibballs have some good recipes on her blog. She also have some online classes (Entremet specifically and chocolate) but I have not taken any, but they look very nice as I have been following her instagram. http://www.savourschool.com.au/blog/10/cherry-baby-recipe-by-kirsten-tibballs/ I want to take a few classes. Or maybe Chefsteps will make something cool come in the new year.

Right! Savour School, which is lead by Tibbals has a online repertoire of desserts (which includes entremets) you can get access to for 12€ (not sure) a month. I did it and don't regret it! Plus, you get to download pdfs for 90+ recipes which you can keep indefinetly.

I agree with you on Bachour. He's got some great stuff. I haven't heard of Selyanina so I'll be checking out more info on her.
