Did anyone else see the Epicurean Edge Cyber Monday deals? I had been debating it for a while and while traveling and fighting with Firefox this trip, I managed to hop on the Yoshikane Gyuto to replace my Shun.....which I will still keep, but who doesn't need a backup? :-)
