Liquid Nitrogen

Hi guys. I want to make the Cream Cheese Marshmellow recipe but the only problem is it requires liquid nitrogen and I obviously can't get that. Is there any other way I can make this recipe without liquid nitrogen? Maybe using dry ice somehow? Let me know. Thanks.

Why "obviously can't get that?" Welding supply shops often will have it, or be able to put you into contact with their supplier. As far as another way, you could try packing it in dry ice, or just putting it in the freezer for 24 hours so it's fully frozen. It won't be as brittle, but it should work as long as you bash the heck out of it. Good luck!
