So, I had to give it a try. Went to Goodwill and picked up 8 stainless butter knives, 6 of them matched and looked a lot like our stainless flatware. Two for testing purposes.
Total cost : $2.16
If anyone is interest I will post pics of the equipment I used.
They go thru the paper test as well as my Shun.
