I am designer with Breville|Polyscience and have been working for a number of years on something new: A temperature control cook top directly sensing and controlling pan temp plus a probe that can control the temp of the ingredients directly...We met Chris Young recently and he thought it would be a good idea to start a conversation on the forum. Do you have any thoughts on what temperature range you want? And what part of this range would you like most accuracy and control? Love to know what cooking techniques you most want to get control over?
