What would be the purpose? With the Joule, the made it a smaller And more versatile immersion circulator. What would be changed with the chamber vacuum sealers that are on the market now?

You have a greater degree of packaging flexibility and storage with a chamber sealer than you do with an edge sealer, or a Ziplock + Archimedes. Right now, the cheapest chamber vac that I know if is over $500. There's got to be a way to get that down in the $300 range.

I've completely switched from Vacuum sealers to the water displacement method. However, for liquids or getting larger items sealed tight, I'd love the convenience of a Chamber Sealer. Mainly for the quickly tight seal that allows for liquid seals as well. I feel like there could be some great innovation there, and I'm hoping someone comes out with a solid machine in the $600 range that has a nice capacity to it. I'd love for CS to make one, I'd definitely buy it.
