Lainox Naboo Combi Oven

Hello CS Community!

We've just purchased a new toy at our restaurant, a Lainox Naboo combi oven, http://www.lainoxusa.com/lainox-naboo.html

Wondering if anyone out there has any experience with one of these. We've had a hard time finding any resources about how to use it.

I have lots of experience with combi ovens and have done extensive research. At the end of the day they all work on the same principles and then you pay for the feature sets. If your commercial kitchen equipment sales person sold you a combi oven and they did not give you training, I think it is very shameful on their part as they should take a great interest in your success.
