Vacuum sealer

I recently went and bought a clip style vacuum sealer and was wondering if I can use a canister accessory to compress fruits. Can anybody help me with this?

You'll need more vacuum than any standard clamp-style vacuum sealer (that I'm aware of) can produce.

Check-out some of the threads on compressing via a faucet aspirator or whipping siphon....
