Hi,
I'm just starting with sous vide cooking and really like it.
So i tried to make sous vide chicken breast stuffed with mushroom/bacon filling and it worked out fantastic, was delicious.
But then i wanted to try the deep fried chicken recipe but with the sous vide breast.
That worked out great (the frying part)

problem came when i had to cut it, it peeled right off

Is there a way i can prevent this from happening ?
