I would recommend using a round rod: such as a pvc pipe, and then just wrap food acetate film around it before you wrap your food around/inside it.

Thanks Brian but I don't think pvc is food safe, also what kind of materiel and how to make it out like that?

That's why i said wrap acetate film around it. You don't need to use pvc, I just suggested it because it's cheap, readily available, and i've seen/known plenty of professional chefs use that technique. You're just using the pvc or whatever else you'd like to use, to preserve the shape. The acetate film is the only thing having direct contact to the food, so it doesn't really matter what you use. Use a thin wooden dowel, a rolling pin, a cardboard tube from paper towels if you like.
"also what kind of materiel and how to make it out like that?" I don't understand what you're asking here.

Thanks, for the material I mean noodles? bacon? deep fry? bake?

Instead of clarifying, you made it even more confusing. What are you asking? Are you asking what the twists in the photographs are? are you asking how to make the twists in the photographs? are you asking how to make things similar in the photographs? are you asking how to cook specific things? Let's try complete statements.

Yes, I mean the twists, the round shape decorations.

Search the webs for tuille recipes, I got a few but they're usually applied for dessert stuff.

PVC is absolutely food safe according to the FDA and is used around the world to transport water, milk or any liquid you can imagine. I have 1". 2" 4" and 6" i use for rice , risotto, gelatins etc. you can cut them in half long ways to form the items shown. I wouldn't put it in the oven but, i use it as molds and for forming foods after frying or baking
