Hey Everyone, I know there are a lot of professional chefs, cooks, and other culinary professionals in here so I wanted to get some feedback. I want to become a pro chef. Can the culinary pros in here give me a real account of what it's like to work from culinary student up to chef? If you've been at it awhile how do you feel about the work you currently do? Is it fulfilling? Is it tedious? Is it back breaking? All three? What else should an aspiring chef know before starting down this path? Thanks in advance!
