Why rice? A rice cooker will do a better job than anything else and they're cheap and reliable these days.

Yeah, I think Paella could be a lot of fun.

Tiramisu- Yes, I'd be all over that one and I bet there is a lot of room in there to do some really cool stuff.

I saw a video on Cooks Illustrated recently, where they demonstrated the science behind cooked rice using Sous Vide. Thought it would be a good to know, certainly CS would have a solution in this area.

Add Tortillas to that list! I love homemade tortillas & tamales, would love CS to add their spin on homemade Masa dough. I mean, you guys already gave us the Mole and the Carnitas. Let's get some salsas, churros, etc. on here!!
