I have been subscribed to enthusio chefs for a while on youtube after seeing the Jose Andres Clementine dessert. Who knew clicking the "Show More" button would show me more?

@Matthew
- that's awesome! It's on my bucket list. You should pop in and try their ala carte menu which is only offered between 9:00 and 10:30PM.

Cool, that restaurant is around the corner from my company HQ in Roppongi Hills. There's a
L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon in the neighborhood, too.

After watching the whole vid I can work out most of the ingredients. It would be nice to have a list of what goes into the dish i.e. what is added to the strawberry sugar to look like seeds when the sugar is blown?

I watched these a while back. Pretty intense number of steps he takes with a lot of things.

I don't even know what to think about this. It started out normally enough but by the end I had no idea what was going on. Really cool though!
