Proespuma?

I have been watching and enjoy your classes, comments and recipes.

I am trying to experiment with a siphon and I found a recipe in another website a product called proespuma (http://www.thegrocer.com.au/shop/proespuma-hot-stabiliser-2/).

I wonder if you know what is into this proespuma and if we can find something similar in USA.
