I got in, yay! Started this monday my Production & Management in the Kitchen course and am loving it so far. A few things go against what I learned, but it's always great to know more than one perspective in order to create your own decisions and know what works in the future. Thanks to Chefsteps and all the peeps here at the forum for cultivating and growing this passion of mine and literally changing my life, you guys are truly inspirational and I can't thank you enough.
In two years I hope to be a great cook, and use what I learned from you guys, school and everywhere else to serve people some great food wherever life leads me next. Cheers!
