So check this Kickstarter out. If it works, I think it would be pretty cool. Regardless, it looks neat. I know there are a lot of folks on CS; any one around here been able to try one out?

Sorry I'm late to this post but the high price tag on that ks one is merely for the craftsmanship. These things have existed for a while like this one: http://www.amazon.com/Norpro-3085-Ravioli-Rolling-Pin/dp/B00005EBH6

There are many more including some cheaper plastic ones. I don't have any experience with them though.
