Looking for a Huge Sous Vide Container

Hi guys, I am looking for a sous vide container, where I can attach my sous vide device safely. I am currently using plastic container ( from costco ) and it started to reshape ( due to heat and pressure ). Looking for the best solution from experts!

You can use larger pans you have, but I use polycarbonate or stainless steel gastronoms... although I've only ever seen them referred to as hotel pans on the site. Eg. I have some of these, http://www.nisbets.co.uk/Vogue-Polycarbonate-1%242-Gastronorm-Container-200mm-Clear/U231/ProductDetail.raction and a couple of these, http://www.nisbets.co.uk/Vogue-Stainless-Steel-2%243-Gastronorm-Pan-150mm/K814/ProductDetail.raction - I've also got lids of them, and it's pretty easy to drill holes so my Anovas fit through whilst stopping the vast majority of the evaporation I'd get without lids. Sorry for the UK links, given I assume you're based in the US... but that should be a decent starting point for your search.

Do you have any difficulty attaching the machine to the sloped sides? I've been looking at the same containers, but have hesitated as there's none available locally for me to try
