Maximum bath volume

On the specs page it states the maximum bath volume is 10+ gallons. So what is the max or is there no max? I'm in the process on purchasing cambros and wanted to get the largest that would work with Joule for the times I have larger items for sous vide.

...not sure if you are referring to home use or not...just something to think about: If this is for home use, you may not want the largest container you can get. 90% of my sous vide work at home can be done in a very small container...a pot, for example. I have a cambro of 5 gallon capacity...it is usually much more space than I need. Remember, that tub has to exist somewhere in your kitchen. Plus, it takes longer to heat up a larger volume of water.

Why does the tub need to exist in our kitchen? I often place my circulator/cooler setup outside or in the garage while it's cooking. My circulator is only in the kitchen when I'm doing shorter cooks. I use a 28qt cooler with the lid removed and a heavy foam lid cut to size and notched for circulator placement.

I agree. And who's to say that @Will_Satterfield_279597 is going to only be getting a maximum capacity container? For most things, when I use my Anova, I'll use a 2.5 gallon container. However, if i'm having/attending a get-together, and it's my turn to supply something like ribs, or a whole loin roast, I'm going to pull out my 22 quart lexan container. It's always a good idea to know the maximum limits of the tools you're using. If you don't, you risk overtaxing your tools, and even damaging it/putting your safety at risk
