Nut Butter Mills

Has anyone had any experience with this or a similar system?

I must admit the pistachio butter recipe had me coming up with all sorts of ideas but it is a lengthy and very involved recipe. Not easy to do at scale either (small business or market stall?)

I wouldn't get one of those, as you could get a conche instead and it has more uses. But unless you'll be using it relatively frequently, or are a chocolate/nut butter enthusiast with a lot of disposable income, it's pretty difficult to justify the cost.

I've used them in the grocery stores, fresh peanut and almond butter. But I don't believe they would be suitable for or could replicate a conche machine to give you silky texture of the pistachio butter. The end product is much more course in texture, probably not much better than a blender or food processor.
