Duck Burger

Sorry to post about a burger from a fast food joint. I saw this on CNN last night and after the CS Peking Duck I have been craving it. I am just glad that Dadong Burger is so far away. Please tell me that the skin is rubbery and chewy and not as crisp as I imagine.
