Lost the $500 bet...need assistance

So I lost a $500 bet. The deal was whoever lost had to take the other couple to dinner and spend the whole $500 BUT it couldn't include alcohol (he knows me well). I lost BUT, now he has changed his mind and I have to cook dinner for the 4 of us AND show him food receipts for the whole $500.

Call me crazy, but it's not a $500 meal until you dazzle your pals with iberico ham, imported from Spain. Serve some juicy slices of pear or melon, crunchy slices of toasted bread...heaven.

And don't forget the caviar and blinis.

Or you could drive through Jack 'n the Box and get 1000 tacos. Totally your call.

well, it will involve caviar and blinis, foie gras and some truffles, avocado/vichyssoise, a seafood sashimi course with Escolar, tuna, yellow tail and salmon, duck w/steamed buns, sweetbreads,small portions of real Kobe, "Special Brownies" and some single bites in between.
