Joule and WebApp

Hi,

I've been following the product for a while with special interest, but one of the things that makes me to hesitate is the lack of physical buttons, everything has to be done via mobile phone app. Is there any plan for a webapp? What is the commitment by ChefSteps to keep phone apps updated over future versions and platforms? Thanks indeed.

I can't speak for Chefsteps and can only give what I have experienced so far. I had the same concerns when I tested the unit at their facility. I have 2 other units now (and the Joule on order). I can say ChefSteps has been committed (this forum and the current app is a good example). They are constantly adding and changing and communicating with the ChefSteps community in an attempt to best serve their community. This experience and the privilege to test the unit sold me.
